Diversa, Givaudan Join Forces
Diversa Corporation, San Diego, CA, and Givaudan Flavors Corporation, Geneva, Switzerland, have entered into an agreement to discover and develop novel enzymes and processes for the cost-effective production of new products for consumer applications. Under terms of the deal, Diversa is entitled to receive undisclosed payments from Givaudan.
